The outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) may be stressful for our fellow Nortehanons.

Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions both in adults and children.

Hence, the Northern Samar Provincial Health Office, in partnership with the Provincial DOH Office, launched this "Tara Usap Tayo" crusade.

Fellow Nortehanons, coping with stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger!
